Refined Rentals is a Brooks & Collier company, proudly rooted in Huntsville since 1946. As a family business, we've grown from our historic storefront into a full design and hospitality experience, expanding into commercial projects in 2023 and launching Refined Rentals in 2025. Our showroom, just down the street from Brooks & Collier, merges thoughtful design and warm hospitality to make every event perfect- whether it's an intimate wedding or a large-scale corporate gathering. Meet The Team

Refined Rentals is led by founder and owner Kim Brooks, whose creative vision and passion for beautiful, seamless events inspired the brand from day one. Working alongside her is Anna Akin, our dedicated Director, who brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep love for design to every event we touch. Together, Kim and Anna ensure every client experience is thoughtful, personalized, and stress-free from start to finish.
