Inspired by a love for thoughtful design, Refined Rentals was founded with a clear point of view–a refined collection, styled with intention.

With years in the furniture and interiors industry, Founder and Owner Kim Brooks brings a creative perspective shaped by her experience as former owner of Brooks & Collier.

During the process of planning her daughter’s wedding, Kim reimagined how her background in interiors could translate into event space. What began as a personal project soon grew into Refined Rentals–a rental collection that brings layered character and timeless style to every setting.

Our Director, Anna Akin, complements that foundation with a background in hospitality and events, bringing a client-focused perspective to our process. Paired with her passion for creating spaces that feel personal and inviting, she adds a sense of ease and intention to every client experience.

From the first conversation to the final installation, we work closely with each client to ensure every element feels intentional, personal, and cohesive.
